Refund policy
In Store & Online Purchases:
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. A tracking number for your return package must be sent via email within the 15 day return time period for your item(s) to qualify for a return.Â
We are not responsible for any changes that may occur during the care process of your items. (any discoloring/shrinkage/tears/rips while washing / drying / wearing)
All Sale items are final saleÂ
Shoe Return:Â When returning shoes, they must show no signs of wear. ALL shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and sent in a poly mailer or shipping box.Â
To start a return, you can contact us at baileymaysboutique@gmail.com. You are responsible for shipping back to Baileymay's. Original shipping costs will not be reimbursed.Â

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.Â
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

REMINDER - Baileymay's Boutique is NOT responsible for the following:Â
-Packages shipped to the wrong address. Always double check that your address is correct. The address we see is the address we ship to.Â
-Any shipping delays caused by the carrier. Once your package arrives to the carrier, it is out of our control. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier for more information on delayed / lost/ stolen packages. (USPS OR UPS)Â
-Stolen packages. Baileymay's Boutique is not responsible for where the carrier delivers/ leaves packages. If a customer believes their package was stolen, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim through USPS or UPS. Refunds are not issued for packages that are believed to be stolen.Â
