I’m wearing my true-to-size Large. The body fits comfortably, but I do have fuller arms, and the sleeves are a little snug on me.
My recommendation: Stick with your true size if you have average-sized arms. If you have fuller upper arms like me, you may want to consider sizing up for additional room in the sleeves.
